• Upgraded and improved the internal share point system
• Implemented mail outsourcing to move our print and post operation to an external provider
• Negotiated a new mobile provider contract and upgrade of the mobile hardware
• Negotiated a new printer contract and upgrade of the printing infrastructure
• Changed WAN providers to be uniform with our SIP and PBX provider
• Upgraded our core Hyper-V servers to a new Dell SAN / Host system
• Upgraded several virtual servers to Server 2019. Including our DPM backup server, RDS servers, and DFS File Servers
• Moved the PBX system from a on premise PBX to cloud hosted Mitel. Including replacement of the old hardware desk phones with a soft phone system
• Implemented new communication channels into Mitel - Email, SMS, Live Chat
• Worked with the in-house software team to link the Mitel instance to our custom CRM, to allow for automatic and simplified note taking of customer interactions
• Moved head office to a new location, involving mapping out the networking in the new location, installing a new networking rack in the networking room, patching all the cabling and configuring the switches, migrating the on-premise servers between buildings, working with the ISP to ensure WAN connectivity, moving and setting up all users IT hardware
• Complete client hardware refresh from a mix of older monitors and various models of thin clients to a uniform suite of matching monitors and HP thin clients
• Migrated our hardware within the Datacenter due to equipment consolidation
